Terminating Jobs within Automation

A Campaign manager can terminate an individual learner's job within Automation, should they feel that the learner no longer needs to have a job on a particular workflow.

Once in the Jobs tab, the Campaign Manager can access the job of the user that requires the job to be terminated

Bulk Termination of Jobs

The option to Bulk Terminate jobs is now an option within Automation. However, this feature is not currently available to Campaign Managers or Tenant Managers. To request a bulk termination of jobs, this form is required to be completed and then sent to the GS Learning Support team for actioning.
