Analytics data meanings - LXP Data
Below is a breakdown of all the information that can be found as standard within the data that can be displayed on a dashboard within Analytics. These are broken down by tables as displayed within Analytics.
Note: Those highlighted in red will show automatically in Years (E.g. 2022), use the More option to change this to days, months, weeks etc)
Course Playlist:

| Duration (Minutes) | Estimated time it takes to complete the LX (Configured under the LX settings) |

| Number of Objects | The number of objects within an LX |
| View XP | How much XP as a whole the LX is worth |
Enrolments:
| Data Table Name | What is it pulling from the LXP |
| Completed Enrolments |
1 = Complete 0 = Not complete Can be used to find out if an LX has been completed (Does not show total completions) |

The ID that the LXP database give the LX (Not visible on the front end) |
| Days Between Enrolment And Completion |
Calculation between the date in which the user was enrolled to when they completed |
| Days Since Completion |
Calculation of the days since completion on the LX |
| Days Since Enrolment |
Calculation of the days since the user was enrolled onto the LX |
| Enrolment Completion Date |
Shows the date in which the user completed the LX |
| Enrolment Creation Date |
Date in which the user enrolled onto the LX |
| Enrolment Expiration Date |
An expiration date that was applied to the users enrolment on the LX |
| Enrolment ID |
The ID that the LXP database give the enrolment(Not visible on the front end) |
| Expired Enrolments |
Total number of expired enrolments on the LX |
| Launches |
How many launches as a whole the LX has had from those that are enrolled |
| Levels Completed |
How many levels has been completed by the users enrolled |
| Number of Objects |
Count of the amount of objects within the LX |
| Objects Completed |
Count of how many objects has been completed |
| User ID |
The ID that the LXP database give the user, visible on the URL when viewing the uses profile (the number at the end) |
Goal Skill:

Goals:

| Goal Name | Name of the Playlist (Deleted Playlists excluded) |
Groups:

| Group ID | The ID of the Group, this can be found in the URL when editing the group (Note, the LXP-sass is not appended to the URL) |

Level Usage:

| Level Completions | Amount of level completions within the LX (Counts how many levels have been completed by users) |
| Level Last Completion | Pulls in the date the level was last completed |
Level Progress:

| Level Completion Date | Date that the level was completed (Can show when a user completed a level) |
| Level ID | The ID that the LXP database give the Level (Not visible on the front end) |
Levels:
| Data Table Name | What is it pulling from the LXP |
| Level Description | Description given to the level. Can be found under the manage content section in the LX |
| Level Name | Name given to the level within the LX |
| Level Order | The order in which each level is in. This will work with the level name |
Managers:
| Data Table Name | What is it pulling from the LXP |
| Manager Email | Email address held on the managers profile |
| Manager First Name | First name held on the managers profile |
| Manager Function | Linked to the function column on the users profile (not commonly used) |
| Manager Last Name | Last name held on the managers profile |
| Manager Location | The location that the user has on their profile (this is not visible on the admin view of the users profile) |
| Manager SSO ID | SSO ID held on the users profile (If enabled) |
| Manager Username | The managers username held on their profile |
Object Dimensions:
| Data Table Name | What is it pulling from the LXP |
| Last Viewed | When an object was last viewed by a user |
| Object Views | How many views an object within an LX has had |
Object Skills:
| Data Table Name | What is it pulling from the LXP |
| Object Skill | Tags attached to the resource. You can find these within the LX > Manage Content > Edit the resource > Tags |
Objects:
| Data Table Name | What is it pulling from the LXP |
| Object Description | The description given to the object within the LX |
| Object ID | The ID given to the object - Visible on the URL when viewing the object, or when you hovver over the pencil icon when editing the content. |
| Object Name | The name given to the Object within the LX |
| Object Ordering | The order in which each object is in. This will work with the level name |
| Object View Time | If the object is set to timed this will show the amount of time within here. If it is set to XAPI, then it will show N/A |
| Object View XP | Amount of XP the user will gain when they complete the object |
Org Providers:
| Data Table Name | What is it pulling from the LXP |
| Provider Name | If the customer has content integrations, this will show up the name of the provider. Example could be Skillsoft, Circus Street & Harvard Spar |
Ratings:
| Data Table Name | What is it pulling from the LXP |
| Rating |
If the user would recommend the LX or not. Can be found on the LX title when launching an LX. 100 = Recommend 0 = Not Recommended |
| Rating Creation Date |
Date in which the rating was given by the user |
| Rating ID |
ID given to the rating from the user. This is not visible on the front end. |
Resources:

| Content | Will populate if there is embed code within the resource |
| Resource Creation | Date in which the resource was added to the LXP |
| Resource Deletion | Date in which the resource was deleted from the LXP |
| Resource Description | Description given to the resource. Can be found by editing the resource itself. |
| Resource Name | Name given to the resource |
| Type | A unique number given to the Resource. View the ID’s and what they stand for here |
| Unique ID | ID given to some LX resources. Possibly within the LXP Database |
| XAPI Activity | Identifies if the resource is an XAPI activity |
