Adding a Pie Chart within Analytics

We will use the below example to demonstrate how to build a Pie Chart to display the total number of completions for all Learning Experiences (LX's).

Example:

To get started select the Pie Chart widget to add to your dashboard

You can add multiple fields to your Pie Chart, depending on your requirements. For this example we want to display the LX names.

From the Categories field click the + to add, then search or browser for Course Name.

Once you add the Course Name you will see the Categories list start to populate with a full list of Course Names. You can apply filters later if required.

Now you want to apply a count, which we will do by adding a value.

From the Values field click the + to add, then search or browser for Completed Enrolments.

You Pie chart will default to look like something below. Note you have the option to change the Design layout should you wish too using the Design widget with options to configue the Pie Type, Legend and Labels.
