Learning Platform Reporting

Admin Reporting

In-platform out-of-the-box reporting is provided on the LP Learning Experience Platform (LXP). 

Reporting levels:

  • Organization
  • Learning Experience
  • Individual reporting

Organization Reports

These reports are only available to users with the Organisation Admin, User Manager, Learning Experience Creator, Group Creator and Organisation Tutor roles.

For both the Vertical UI and legacy admin interface:

Navigate to Settings > Reports

  • Active Users - all users currently active on at least one Learning Experience within the organization, including email address and total number of active Learning Experiences
  • Enrolments - total user progress in Learning Experiences. For example, total points, the total number of comments completed, and total number of levels completed etc.
  • Mandatory - shows information about all instances of a learner being assigned a mandatory learning experience in your organization. 
  • Learning Experiences - Provides top-level statistics across multiple Learning Experiences within an organization level. For example, the number of enrolees in a Learning Experience, the number of enrolees to finish a Learning Experience, etc.
  • Groups - Shows all the groups within the organization, their total number of members, tutors and the name of their linked Learning Experience.

Learning Experience

These reports are available to users with the Organisation Admin, Course Creator, Course Admin and Learning Experience Record Uploader roles.

Navigate to Learning Experiences > Select the desired Learning Experience > Reports

  • Leaderboard Report - top-level view of everyone within the Learning Experience,
  • Levels Report - shows who has/hasn't completed a specific level in a Learning Experience. If a user has completed a level a time and date will be shown in the Level completed column
  • Object Progress - shows each learner's progress and stats regarding each object in the learning experience.
  • Groups Report - If multiple Groups are accessing the same Learning Experience their performance can be compared via the group report.

Individual reporting

These reports are only available to users with the Organisation Admin, Organisation Tutor, User Manager, Organisation Support roles.

Navigate to Users > Select the desired User > Statistics

Legacy interface

Vertical Sidebar

Provides top-level detail of learner activity, most columns can be drilled down for further details.
