Assigning frameworks to learners

Prerequisites: You need to have created at least one framework to assign learners to it.

Summary: Add frameworks to your job role fields to use them.

 

Activate your framework

To assign a framework to learners, you first need to select your framework(s) as the active frameworks. Go to  Settings > Fields > Job Role Fields and click the   icon alongside either Framework 1 or Framework 2.

 

You can now select which framework you'd like to use here by clicking the   icon and then clicking Save.

Note: You can only ever have two frameworks active at a time.

 

 

Assigning individual learners to your framework

You assign learners to frameworks in the profile fields menu. To get here go to Users> User name >Job Roles  and click on either ADD ROLE or the   icon.

 

A slide out menu will appear and you can assign framework entities to the role.
