CPD / CPE Manager Reporting

Summary Report

When CPD is enabled for the organisation, a column will display on the Summary Report, listing the total CPD earned by each team member. This is available on both the CSV and PDF exports for the report. 

To view this, as a Manager, navigate to the My Team area then click on Summary Report. A column will display with the label CPD and list the total CPD earned by each team member.

Note: A language string has also been included for the column title so a custom translation can be added via the ‘Translations’ service.

 

Clicking Export will display two options: 

1. Export to CSV.
2. Export to PDF.

The CPD column has been included in both export options.

 

Completion Report

A column will display on the Completion Report, listing the CPD earned by each team member per Learning Experience. 

To view this, as a Manager, navigate to the My Team area and click on Completion Report. A column displays listing the CPD earned by each team member for each completed Learning Experience. 

Note: A language string has been included for the column title so a custom translation can be added via the ‘Translations’ service.

 

Clicking Export to CSV will export the report in CSV format, including the CPD column.

 

 

Note: If your language is set to British / UK English, this feature will display as "CPD" (continuing professional development). If you're using American / US English, this feature will display as "CPE" (continuing professional education).
