Setting up a line visualisation

Line visualisations are useful when you want to view trends in your data.

Configuring your axes

The line visualisation has two axes, x and y.

Use the top box to label the Y axis. This will appear as a label on the visualisation itself.
Use the third box to select the type of data you want to plot on the Y axis. You can refine which data appears here later by using series.
Use the second box to select how you want your data to be analysed. The options that appear here will be different depending on what kind of data you selected above.
The X axis will always have a time format. It always use the yyyy/mm/dd format so that it's logical and easy to read.
